Overview
Easy Estate Planner is designed from the ground up to protect your privacy. Your estate planning information never leaves your device. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data.
Data Collection
Easy Estate Planner does not collect any personal information. There are no user accounts, no registration, and no login credentials. All information you enter into the app — including documents, financial accounts, contacts, personal wishes, and heirlooms — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's standard local storage.
Data Transmission
No data entered into Easy Estate Planner is ever sent to any server, cloud service, or third party. The app does not require an internet connection to function and does not make network requests on your behalf.
Biometric Authentication
Easy Estate Planner uses Face ID and Touch ID to secure access to the app. Biometric authentication is handled entirely by iOS and Apple's Secure Enclave. Easy Estate Planner never has access to your biometric data; it only receives a pass or fail result from the operating system.
Exports
When you use the Export feature to generate a PDF, CSV, or JSON file, that file is created on your device and shared only at your direction using iOS's standard share sheet. We have no visibility into where you send exported files.
Third-Party Services
Easy Estate Planner does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or data collection services of any kind.
Children's Privacy
Easy Estate Planner does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13. Because no data is collected at all, the app is safe for users of any age.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Because we collect no data, changes to this policy will not affect how your information is handled.
